ตลอดระยะเวลาการดำเนินธุรกิจ คุณสถาปนา ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานภายใต้หลักธรรมาภิบาล ความโปร่งใส และการสร้างประโยชน์คืนสู่สังคม ควบคู่ไปกับการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง จนได้รับความเชื่อมั่นจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน
โดยได้มีพิธีส่งมอบหน้าที่จากคณะกรรมการชุดเดิมอย่างเป็นทางการ ณ สถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองเชียงใหม่ โดยมี พันตำรวจเอก ปรัชญา ทิศลา ผู้กำกับการสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการ กต.ตร. และผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศแห่งความยินดีจากคณะกรรมการ กต.ตร. ข้าราชการตำรวจ และผู้เกี่ยวข้องจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน
คุณสถาปนา เปิดเผยว่า รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติและขอบคุณทุกฝ่ายที่ให้ความไว้วางใจ พร้อมยืนยันว่าจะนำความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการจากภาคธุรกิจ มาช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานของ กต.ตร. อย่างเต็มที่
“ผมไม่ได้มองตำแหน่งนี้เป็นเรื่องของอำนาจ แต่มองว่าเป็นโอกาสในการเข้ามารับใช้สังคมและทำประโยชน์ให้กับเชียงใหม่มากกว่า ตลอดชีวิตการทำงานผมยึดหลักความโปร่งใส ทำธุรกิจอย่างถูกต้อง และให้ความสำคัญกับการคืนประโยชน์กลับสู่สังคมอยู่เสมอ”
ทั้งนี้ กต.ตร. มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นกลไกเชื่อมโยงระหว่างประชาชนกับหน่วยงานตำรวจ รับฟังข้อคิดเห็นและสะท้อนปัญหาจากภาคประชาชน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อสังคม

Sathapana Yata Takes Over as Chairman of Chiang Mai City Police Oversight Committee, Pledges Transparency and Stronger Community Engagement

Police Colonel Pratchaya Thisala stated that public participation through the Police Auditing mechanism plays an important role in supporting police operations and building public confidence. He welcomed Mr. Sathapana to his new position and expressed hope that they would work together to advance initiatives that benefit both the people of Chiang Mai and the province as a whole.
